Brea Luxury Apartments

Dear Brea, I hope this message finds you well. My partner and I have been residing in Brea Luxury Apartments for the past 13 months, and we wanted to share our review of our experience living here. Before we proceed, we would like to express our gratitude to you, the staff, and the complex for allowing us to be part of your community. In this review, we will be rating our experience based on four characteristics: Security, Professionalism, Maintenance, and Cleanliness of the Property. Security: We are pleased to give Brea Luxury Apartments 4 out of 5 stars for security. The gated community is one of the best in the Katy area, and we rarely witness any incidents of car theft or break-ins. Professionalism: Unfortunately, we cannot give the staff more than 2 out of 5 stars for professionalism. We had some issues with noisy neighbors, and despite notifying the after-hours security guard and the leasing office multiple times, no action was taken. We even provided evidence of the noise, but it was ignored. This lack of action made it challenging for us to get a good night's rest, especially with a newborn in the apartment. Maintenance: We give maintenance 2.5 out of 5 stars. After reporting an emergency AC issue on a Saturday evening, we were told that someone would only be able to come and fix it the following day. Cleanliness of the Property: We give the property 3.5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the property is well-maintained. We appreciate the $25 fee charged for leaving trash outside, as it helps keep the hallways clean and odor-free. Overall, we give Brea Luxury Apartments 3 out of 5 stars. We kindly request that you do not respond to this review with a generic apology. We brought these issues to your attention, but they were not taken seriously. Will update at move out. Update: 10/2022 The complex is beautiful (amenities) the grills are really run down and dirty Maintenance for the units is amazing! They are great and always helpful !! Move in :4/2022 I am loving the complex so far. Maria did a great job! Excellent customer service and was there every step of the way answering any questions and or concerns. Her professionalism and kindness was very much appreciated !

I’ve been living here going on 6 months now and I absolutely love these apartments. The apartments, complex and area are beautiful, I haven’t had any issues with the monthly charges and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. The apartments are really clean, the community is peaceful and one thing I really love is the apartment hosts community events in the office. No problem with bugs, rude management, receiving packages or stealing/towing/breaking into cars! Great amenities!! The ONLY con I have for this apartment is that the walls are very thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking, talking, watching tv, using the dishwasher and washer/dryer.. literally everything they do, I hear. And it’s really loud. I can even hear when their dog run across the floor and bark. It gets a bit irritating. So I’ll say if you’re interested in these apartments just get a top floor apartment. Everything else I’ve enjoyed and don’t have a single complaint about.

I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for Destiny and Jay in the leasing office. I have been living at this complex since it was first built. There has been many people that have come and gone that have not been warm or welcoming, but I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them both. Both are very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Over the phone and in person they are accommodating. Thank you Destiny and Jay. You’re both an asset to BH Management.
